Cant seem to catch up

Sorry to be gone so long, I keep getting ill and falling behind in life!!! No whining right?! Will try to be a better blogger friends!

Already Gone?!

Can't believe that this weekend is already over. I spent most of yesterday at our monthly crop and had a blast, got four of the five challenges that I had prepped done and learned how to use the Knifty Knitter, way much fun. Yesterday was also homecoming and my 16 year old son, went, he was so cute.

Today we are headed to see my mom about and hour and a half away. Her birthday was Friday, so my sone, my grandbaby and myself are going to run up and see her real quick. Have to get back so that I can get all of my Sunday chores done because its back to work tomorrow. Ughhh but yeah I have a job right?! Hope you all had a great weekend and have a great week! Flying By

Cant believe that tomorrow is already hump day!!! I am happy that my BFF will be home on Saturday but sad that her mom, my friend and adopted mom, will be going home. I LOVE that family so much! Went over to visit tonight and got to come home with a container of peanut butter balls! YUMMO!!!! Need to go and do some chores, hope everyone has a great night and an even better HUMP DAY!

Back to work

Okay so everyone knows last week was a wash for me, but I am back at work this week and it is BUSY!!!! Yeah love it!!! While sick, I lost my New Kindle, needless to say hubby was not happy, however being so sick I only went one place, to Enterprise to rent a car while mine was in the shop. Called them several times asking them to please call back and let me know if they found it. No calls, husband went down in person on Monday, they said "So sorry we didnt find it, so we didnt call, fast forward two hours later and they are calling saying they had found it! Huhh?! Oh well who cares at least I have it back. Someone had been enjoying it because the book opened to twice as far as I had read! Really!!!! Hope you all are having a great week! It's Friday!!!!

I am still home, going stir crazy!!!! I scrapped a page this morning and am going to work on a mini album this afternoon. I am super excited as the shop called and my truck has been fixed and he says I will be pleasantly surprised at how well it runs now! Cant wait to go pick it up. Hoping my test results come back okay as I am signed up for an altered book class tomorrow and really really want to go! Hope you all have a great Friday! Chat with you later!

Day Three

Okay so another day at home and still no test results so this may be a one day work week! What?! Oh well did get to scrap some more today and I have plans to do more tomorrow, should be fun. Time to go to bed, chat with you all later.

Got a Layout done

So still no news from the lab so no work again tomorrow, the good news was I had enough energy to get a layout done today!!!

Not So Fun

Okay so I had big plans for scrapping this weekend have a totally cute layout ready to make, and blam, the phone rings and my Saturday night is spent in the hospital with the grandbaby. I feel so bad for her. She is allergic to ALL kinds of foods and she had an allergic reaction and had to be rushed to the er. Then I get up Sunday and can hardly swallow, so I spent all day on the couch and in bed.

Today, I took the kids to school, and the grandbaby to preschool, then went to the dr's office. I had two shots, one in each cheek. Then I took my truck in for repairs YEAH FINALLY!!! Picked up the rental car and then went to the lab for two throat swabs, blood draw and one other test. They think I have severe strep throat, a possible uti, and they are testing me for mono! Seriously!!! Then I had to go pick up my THREE prescriptions from the pharmacy! Hopefully I will have the energy to scrap tomorrow. I think my tylenol with codeine just kicked in!

Happiness in a Box

Today was so awesome!! My husband had ordered a Kindle for me for my birthday and it arrived today!! Now I just have to learn how to use it. If anyone has any tips please feel free to leave them in the comments.
